Community Easter Egg Hunt & Family Carnival
Hundreds of children & families packed Charles Dickens school Saturday morning for the annual Eastside Easter Egg Hunt. In addition to over 2,500 eggs, there were carnival games, bouncy castles, a strong-man competition, crafts, face-painting, and enough sugar to make your dentist cry. Despite some minor delays due to the great turnout - the day was a ridiculous amount of fun for all involved. Families - thanks for sharing your time & creating such special easter memories in our beautiful eastside neighbourhood.
Some pics of the event are posted HERE
A HUGE thanks to the small army of volunteers - from Reality Vancouver church, Tupper Secondary, & folks from the neighbourhood - who made this such a wonderful event.
We were blessed with beautiful weather - hope to see y'all again next spring.
Happy Easter & may the blessing of this season be yours.
