Mission Statment:
To bring glory to God through lives transformed by the reality of Jesus.

What it Means:
The mission of Jesus’ church has been the same since her inception.  The message is the same, but the methods are new.  The call is consistent, but the context is ever-changing.  Our mission statement succinctly describes our heart & priorities at Reality.  First and foremost, we’re God centered.  We exist to bring glory to God!  This is the purpose of all humanity and all creation.  

The scriptures share the Good News that God is glorified as lives are changed - transformed by His Gospel.  This transformation is both an event (salvation) and a process (sanctification).  It’s the beautiful paradigm of evangelism and discipleship - to the glory of God and the furtherance of His Kingdom.  

Real transformation, however, is qualified by a statement: the reality of Jesus.  We believe that people’s lives can be changed by all sorts of events, trauma, and culture - but the only change that offers a right relationship with our heavenly Father - is the transformation brought by the Gospel of Jesus Christ - Reality.  And the Gospel is this: Christ died for your sins and mine,  he was raised to life on the third day, He lives today and He's coming back.
